Some engagements we can talk about.

slashwork.sh

Mark Pincus, founder of Zynga and co-founder of Reinvent Capital.

A subagent offload network for Claude Code. We were called in to port the backend, port the frontend, build the database, cut the attack surface, and construct the admin page. Delivered on site in eleven non-consecutive days. Demonstrated to Reid Hoffman.

The Lime Truck

Daniel Shemtob, founder of The Lime Truck and winner of Food Network's The Great Food Truck Race, the food truck mogul.

His catering business was losing event inquiries in an inbox. We built an agent that read each inquiry, quoted the event, and handed the warm conversation to a person. It fielded about three new booking leads a day, eighteen months before OpenAI shipped tooling to do the same thing.

Heeluxe

Dr. Geoffrey Gray, the world expert on shoe fit and longevity.

His laboratory, the leading shoe-fit testing lab, first hired us to reverse engineer fit-test hardware. They came back to extend a booming business: we prototyped the web services and set up the database for the first live version of Fit Galaxy, which turned years of fit data into a product. Revenue and partnerships multiplied.

Nomos Media

Andrew Bloom, a buyer of more than $100M in Google Ads.

A classical text-mining and Bayesian inference system to maximize return on ad spend through word choice: which words in which copy actually earned their cost, and how much to spend per channel. It found what Google Ads reporting alone could not.

Geocarte

Jean-William Claxton, the French-Californian entrepreneur and branding powerhouse.

A geography learning app for iPhone and iPad, in French. We audited the code and the data handling, and wrote the plan for what comes next. A new version built on the findings rolls out in the coming weeks.

MAVARA

Panashe Sivindani, the engineer and multinational entrepreneur who founded the Mavara Research Collective and the FlameLily Foundation.

A partnership to build a menstrual health information database across the nation of Zimbabwe: a patient-facing channel, a clinician app, and a clinic directory. In progress.

what we are looking for

One product research sponsor in 2026. Two more in 2027.

A sponsor funds the lab to take one problem in its field from prototype to product in use, and gets first use of the result and a say in where it goes. Terms are whatever works for both businesses.
